Let’s Work Together

When speaking at an event and working with educators, Lorraine prioritizes relevance and practicality in her materials and approaches to professional learning. Lorraine understands well the complexity of being a teacher and a leader. She designs professional learning experiences enabling teachers and leaders to immediately apply new knowledge and strategies in the classroom and school. She strives to be a resource, a thinking partner, and a helpful colleague. Options for Collaboration

  • Speaking Engagement or Keynote

Lorraine speaks at national and local conferences to share her research, teaching, and leadership practices. She is excited to share her passion and experiences at your next event!

  • Professional Development Workshops

Lorraine will work with you to design workshops for a faculty, a leadership team, a grade-level team, a department, or a team of educators looking to learn and think together. Workshop topics and timeframes can vary based on needs and interests. Workshops may be one hour, one day, or a series of days. Lorraine will plan with you!

  • Learn in Virtual Space

Embrace the opportunity that technology affords us: to gather from far distances. Lorraine will facilitate professional learning in a virtual space. Consider a small group session where conversation can be fruitful or meet in virtual space to bring a large group of educators together.

  • Family Literacy Support Workshops

Lorraine will host workshops for caregivers to share ways in which they can support their children with literacy development at home.
